TL;DR
Git-Fit is a free app. Use it to remind yourself to move. Don't sue us if you pull a muscle doing chair squats. We're developers, not doctors. Please consult an actual medical professional if you have health concerns.

2. The App
Git-Fit is a macOS menu bar application that:

- →Suggests micro-workouts and stretches
- →Reminds you that you have a physical body
- →Judges your screen time (lovingly)
